📋 Description

• Lead client engagements and co-design data engineering solutions
• Manage stakeholders and ensure impactful project delivery from strategy through execution
• Develop and enhance Data Engineering offerings through internal training sessions, working groups
• Represent Sia at professional events and contribute to thought leadership
• Drive business development by crafting proposals and fostering client relationships
• Supervise and mentor junior to medior consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Completed WO Master's degree in Data Science, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science
• 3-6 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent academic research)
• Strong analytical mindset with systematic problem-solving abilities
• Interest in data and AI-related topics with ability to build expertise
• Fast learner with strong communication skills, adaptability, and entrepreneurial drive
• Fluency in English, with Dutch or French fluency a must
