📋 Description

• Understand Plaid product and data strategy to inform dataset choices.
• Own core SQL and Python data pipelines powering data lake and data warehouse.
• Lead data engineering projects enabling cross-team collaboration.
• Advocate for industry tools and practices at the right time.
• Own data quality and performance considerations in dataset design.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of dedicated data engineering experience at scale.
• Experience building data models/pipelines on 500TB+ datasets.
• Strong SQL; comfortable with DBT, Mode, and Airflow.
• Experience with Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Experience building batch and real-time pipelines (Spark, Kafka).
• Champion for data privacy, governance, and stakeholder collaboration.
