Senior Data Engineer - GTM

📋 Description

• Own pipelines bringing GTM source systems into the warehouse reliably.
• Diagnose and resolve data quality and freshness issues at the source.
• Design and maintain dbt models for GTM data: pipeline, revenue, attribution, funnel metrics.
• Set testing and documentation standards to ensure trustworthy models.
• Build datasets and semantic models powering dashboards for Sales, Marketing, RevOps.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for data practices across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data/analytics engineering with end-to-end pipelines.
• Strong SQL and Python, production-grade, testable code.
• Hands-on dbt, dimensional/data modeling, ELT/ETL with orchestration (Airflow, Dagster).
• Direct GTM data experience: CRM models, revenue reporting, attribution.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into technical specs and durable data models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment; mentoring junior engineers.
