Senior Data Engineer (Middle East / Poland / Snowflake)

📋 Description

• Design, configure and implement Snowflake data engineering components, including Tasks, Streams
• Deliver source-to-target mappings and reliable ingestion pipelines from agreed source systems into
• Develop curated data models for analytical use cases, incorporating data quality checks
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks covering data lineage, dependencies
• Coordinate activities with governance and architecture counterparts on ownership, classification

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of overall data engineering experience, including at least 3+ years of relevant hands-on
• Experience delivering data engineering solutions within banking, financial services or other highly
• Practical experience with Snowflake Tasks, Streams, Snowpipe Streaming, dbt, Iceberg tables and
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale data pipelines, transformations
• In-depth understanding of data quality, reconciliation, monitoring, performance and operational
• A structured approach to technical documentation, including producing clear runbooks and technical
