Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Snowflake data models for customer engagement, reporting
• Develop customer-level data structures enabling personalization and lifecycle marketing.
• Translate engagement requirements into robust Snowflake models ready for CDP and downstream
• Build pipelines to synchronize customer data with Braze, Hightouch, CDPs, and engagement tools.
• Collaborate with identity resolution, consent frameworks, event tracking, and customer-profile
• Support Customer 360 views and improve audience readiness across channels.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Snowflake (architecture, data modeling, optimization, performance tuning, cost
• Experience with customer data platforms, identity resolution, and Customer 360 initiatives.
• Professional experience with CRM/engagement platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of events, attributes, audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle
• Experience with reverse ETL technologies (Hightouch, Census).
• Advanced SQL and dbt; design of scalable, customer-centric data models.
