Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Snowflake data models for customer engagement and activation
• Develop customer-level data structures for personalization and lifecycle marketing
• Translate requirements into robust Snowflake models ready for CDP and downstream use
• Build pipelines to sync data with Braze, Hightouch, CDPs, and engagement tools
• Work on identity resolution, consent, event tracking, and customer-profile unification
• Support Customer 360 views and audience readiness across channels

🎯 Requirements

• Deep Snowflake expertise: architecture, modeling, optimization, performance tuning, cost management
• Experience with customer data platforms, identity resolution, and Customer 360 initiatives
• Experience supporting Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, or Adobe Campaign
• Strong understanding of events, attributes, segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing
• Advanced SQL and dbt skills; scalable, maintainable data models
• Familiarity with consent management, data governance, privacy frameworks
