Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain Snowflake data models for engagement, reporting, segmentation, and
• Develop customer-level data structures for personalization and lifecycle marketing.
• Translate requirements into Snowflake models ready for CDP and downstream activation.
• Build pipelines to sync data with Braze, Hightouch, CDPs, and other tools.
• Work on identity resolution, consent, event tracking, and customer-profile unification.
• Support Customer 360 views and audience readiness across channels.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Snowflake: architecture, modeling, optimization, performance, and cost management.
• Experience with customer data platforms, identity resolution, and Customer 360 initiatives.
• Experience with CRM/engagement platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, or
• Strong understanding of events, attributes, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with reverse ETL tools such as Hightouch or Census.
• Advanced SQL and dbt skills for scalable, customer-centric data models.
