📋 Description

• Data Pipeline Execution (ETL): Build and monitor ETL/ELT pipelines from AWS PostgreSQL to Snowflake.
• Advanced SQL profiling and tuning: audit queries, diagnose bottlenecks, optimize performance.
• Database operations & maintenance: manage PostgreSQL (RDS/Aurora) and Snowflake health.
• Query best practices: review schemas and queries with engineers.
• Troubleshooting & optimization: escalation point for DB performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a heavily database-focused Data Engineering role.
• Snowflake proficiency: data loading, performance tuning, cost management.
• PostgreSQL expertise: managing and tuning PostgreSQL (AWS RDS/Aurora).
• Advanced SQL profiling: profiling, EXPLAIN, partitioning, indexing.
• Hands-on ETL/ELT: pipelines using dbt, Airflow, AWS Glue, or Python.
• Data Migration & Synchronization: AWS DMS to move data between DBs and data warehouses.
