📋 Description

• Lead a global data engineering team as a hands-on manager.
• Own central data pipelines on large-scale datasets.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data engineering or related roles.
• 3+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience leading data engineers in a hands-on, player-coach capacity.
• Strong hands-on with SQL, PySpark, Databricks, and Airflow.
• Experience building or scaling production data systems.
• Experience working with OLTP and OLAP use cases.
