Senior Data Governance Analyst

📋 Description

• Liaise between business stakeholders, data governance teams, and technical experts.
• Facilitate workshops to define terminology, standards, policies, and onboarding.
• Analyze source systems, profile data, and assess data quality for migrations.
• Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and specs.
• Collaborate with MDM, integration, and platform teams to validate mappings and standards.
• Identify data quality issues; support metadata management and data lineage.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in data governance, data management, or migrations.
• Strong expertise in data profiling, mapping, ETL, and enterprise data migration.
• Experience with Data Governance Councils or governance bodies.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, relational databases, and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills; strong communication.
