📋 Description

• Deliver Data Governance framework and controls.
• Implement Data Quality and Data Privacy standards.
• Maintain Data Asset Register (DAR) and retention schedules.
• Support RCSA workflows and governance activities.
• Define and roll out Data Leakage Protection (DLP) rules.
• Engage stakeholders across S&T and IT for policy alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in HR/Banking focused on Data Governance.
• Risk & Controls expertise; DQMS knowledge.
• Knowledge of data privacy standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• CISA or CIPM certification preferred.
• English fluency with strong presentation skills.
