📋 Description

• Lead and strengthen data governance in a regulated environment across S&T processes.
• Oversee data privacy controls: notices, cookies, consent, breaches.
• Streamline Data Subject Requests (DSR) and cross-functional workflows.
• Embed privacy-by-design across processes, systems, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, Compliance to manage data risks.
• Support audits, remediation actions, and regulatory compliance reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in financial services with focus on Data Governance & Privacy.
• Strong GDPR/PDPA/PIPL knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with risk remediation.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in data risk remediation and regulatory compliance.
• Privacy certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM) and AI governance knowledge (AIGP/CISA).
