Senior Data Governance Lead

📋 Description

• Design and implement an enterprise data governance framework across Microsoft OneLake and Fabric
• Define and enforce cataloging standards for Bronze, Silver, and Gold data assets, including
• Establish end-to-end data lineage from ERP, CTRM, and SAP source systems through transformation
• Develop and apply enterprise data quality rules and validation frameworks across ingestion and
• Integrate data quality controls with Microsoft Fabric pipeline execution and operational workflows.
• Define naming conventions, data classification standards, and workspace-level access policies

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data governance, data management, data architecture, or a closely related
• Strong experience with enterprise data governance concepts, including data lineage, metadata
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or Microsoft Fabric governance capabilities; knowledge of Microsoft
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview for data cataloging, classification, and lineage
• Strong understanding of enterprise data quality frameworks and the ability to establish practical
• Experience working with complex, multi-source data environments spanning different systems
