Senior Data Management Partner

📋 Description

• Execute and oversee complex or time-sensitive Workday transactions, including hires, job changes
• Support Workday EIB processing and bulk data updates, validating inputs and results
• Maintain employee records and upload or manage supporting documentation in accordance with data
• Support benefits and payroll data entry, updates, reconciliations, and issue resolution
• Assess urgent or ambiguous cases, determine appropriate next steps, and escalate material risks or
• Design, implement, document, and train the Data Management team on SOX readiness audits for hires

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience working with Workday in HR data management or a related People Operations
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex workloads, prioritize competing deadlines, and
• Experience designing or improving operational processes, controls, audits, documentation, or team
• Strong understanding of employee data privacy, compliance requirements, and the importance of
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and
• Clear communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to train colleagues and
