• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data migrations in regulated industries.
• Strong ETL, data migration methodologies, and data quality.
• Reconciliation approaches and validation tooling experience.
• SaaS platforms and complex migrations experience.
• Strong stakeholder mgmt, analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
