🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL skills focused on querying large datasets independently
• Experience translating data into commercially focused insights
• Strong stakeholder management skills – comfortable influencing at multiple levels
• Experience in an analytics role
• Numerate degree (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Physics, or similar)
• Experience delivering value through personalisation such as predictive analysis and segmentation
