Senior Data Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and evolve the data platform: Databricks lakehouse and Kafka ingestion
• Enable AI-powered data workflows: MCP connectors and workflow skills
• Make data trustworthy at scale: observability, quality, monitoring, alerts
• Steward infra, DX, and governance: IaC, CI/CD, access, audits

🎯 Requirements

• Cloud data infrastructure experience — IaC with Terraform/Terragrunt, CI/CD for data, Docker/Kubernetes
• Python proficiency; primary language on the Data Platform; Go/Java a plus
• Reliability and operational excellence — observability, alerts, production ownership
• A platform-product mindset — focus on developer experience and reducing friction
• Clear cross-functional communication — effective across audiences
• AI-native velocity — use AI-powered tools to move faster and tackle hard problems
