Senior Data Platform Engineer / DataOps

📋 Description

• Design and implement CI/CD for Databricks, including controlled promotion across environments.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code for workspaces, permissions, compute, service principals, and
• Create reusable templates and standards for new data products and pipelines.
• Automate the onboarding of data products, users, and services.
• Implement observability: monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational metrics.
• Define SLOs/SLAs, retries, reprocessing, and recovery mechanisms.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Platform Engineering, DataOps, DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.
• Production experience with Databricks in enterprise environments.
• Solid experience with CI/CD and Git.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform (or an equivalent Infrastructure as Code tool).
• Cloud knowledge: IAM, service principals, secrets management, networking, and infrastructure
• Ability to work autonomously, solve complex problems, and define technical standards.
