• Support regulator engagement and oversee data subject rights processes.
• Lead DPO Office projects and represent the team in data protection initiatives.
• Own goals and workstreams in the DPO Office maturity plan with governance.
• Improve how we work with data, automation and AI to move faster.

🎯 Requirements

• Practical data protection expert with UK GDPR, PECR and ICO knowledge; IAPP.
• Curious about AI and innovative tech; using AI practically in work.
• Self-starter who solves complex problems; methodical with tangible improvements.
• Hands-on experience across DPIAs, data breaches, governance, reporting.
• Strong second-line oversight mindset; builds trust and provides advice.
• Thoughtful communicator; collaborates across teams and influences with solutions.
