📋 Description

• Lead work with data science teams to build complex models
• Develop ML and statistical solutions for client issues
• Design optimization and simulation for operations research
• Process large volumes of unstructured data where applicable
• Collaborate with practices to deliver client-ready work
• Manage end-to-end projects and client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Master or PhD in a quantitative field with 3+ years experience
• Strong statistics and quantitative analysis
• Proficient in Python; scripting (R, Matlab, JS, Bash) and/or compiled (C++, Java)
• Interest in data, AI topics, and rapid skill-building
• Team player with analytical mindset and professional rigor
• Professional Dutch and English; German a plus
