📋 Description

• Lead complex model implementations for clients in data science, ML, and big data contexts.
• Design and deploy optimization solutions, simulations, and analytical models under constraints.
• Develop offers, contribute to client proposals, and build client relationships at middle management
• Manage end-to-end projects with regular reporting to managers and clients.
• Mentor juniors and supervise consultants to grow skills and deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, applied mathematics, IT, or similar.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize conclusions.
• Strong interest in data, AI topics, and rapid domain expertise.
• Fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial.
• English and Dutch communication/presentation skills.
