Senior Data Science Manager

📋 Description

• Set the analytics vision and roadmap for User Growth DS.
• Lead 6–10 data scientists; coach and hire talent.
• Embed data scientists in product teams; maintain cohesion.
• Own experiments and analyses guiding acquisition, activation, retention.
• Develop user growth forecasting systems with Finance and Product.
• Drive Growth BI: metrics layer and self-serve dashboards.
• Translate complex findings into clear narratives for leaders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using data science to solve product and business problems.
• Experience managing 5+ person data science teams.
• Graduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field, or equivalent.
• Applied experience with causal inference, experimentation, or ML models.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and grow a high-performing DS team.
• Strong command of SQL, Python or R; analytics ecosystems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
