Senior Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and validate ML models for prediction, classification, and optimization tasks.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, researchers to source and transform data.
• EDA, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Implement and evaluate statistical models and time-series forecasting.
• Develop reproducible Python code with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders via visuals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of ML/data science in production.
• Python proficiency with pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, polars.
• Experience with ML model development, evaluation, deployment.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices.
• Hands-on SQL with large relational datasets.
• Strong statistical modelling, data mining, algorithm development.
• Cross-functional collaboration; translate business needs to tech.
