📋 Description

• Design and deploy advanced ML models for patient outcomes
• Build patient stratification and personalized treatment pathways
• Integrate ML models into product features for medication management
• Ensure healthcare models meet standards: interpretability, validation
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to translate insights into features

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, pandas) and SQL
• Experience with Snowflake or Databricks
• MLOps: MLFlow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML
• Real-time ML inference and streaming analytics
• Healthcare ML experience; regulatory compliance (FDA guidance)
• Excellent cross-functional communication with product/clinical teams
