📋 Description

• Drive business-critical investigations across the user journey, from acquisition to retention
• Analyze marketing channel performance, attribution, and incrementality
• Design and analyze experiments, including A/B testing and causal inference
• Build and own reliable data models with SQL, Python, and data transformation tools
• Turn data into actionable decisions and recommendations
• Proactively identify opportunities and develop analytical frameworks and predictive models

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in applied Data Science or advanced analytics
• Advanced SQL and data modeling skills (dbt or similar)
• Strong Python skills for statistical analyses and predictive modeling
• Solid foundations in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference
• Experience in Growth or Marketing Analytics (attribution, incrementality)
• Strong product and commercial thinking
