Senior Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects from business needs to deployment and monitoring.
• Dissect complex problems using analytical and quantitative methods on large data.
• Integrate data from diverse sources to build rich datasets for modeling.
• Define best practices for reports, visuals, and dashboards for all users.
• Build models for vision and NLP to inform decisions.
• Identify model architectures and parameters to maximize accuracy and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building AI/ML models for business applications
• 3+ years training, fine-tuning, evaluating, deploying models in production
• 3+ years data lake and cloud services, preferably GCP
• Bachelor's or higher in CS/OR/Stats/Math; Master's preferred; DS/AI certifications
• Proficiency in Python and Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL engines; Power BI
• Agile methodology experience; leveraging DS/AI to drive business optimization
• Excellent communication; articulate insights to all levels
