Senior Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Develop, deploy, and maintain advanced ML, DL, and AI models to drive business growth.
• Extract, transform, and analyze large data sets for exploratory analysis and feature engineering.
• Design, build, optimize, and monitor recommendation systems with drift detection.
• Write production-ready code, deploy models in cloud, run A/B tests, ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify value and present prototypes to leadership.
• Stay current with AI/ML advances and prototype frontier LLMs.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years designing, developing, deploying, and monitoring ML models in production.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, ML, Applied Math, Stats, OR related field.
• Strong Python skills with ML frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Solid experience with SQL, ETL, cloud-based environments, and open-source DS tools.
• Proven ability to rapidly prototype AI solutions using LLM APIs, evaluating deployment on Bedrock, Ollama, LangChain, or fine-tuned models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; translate concepts into business value.
