Senior Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for ops metrics
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover insights and trends
• Develop data pipelines powering automation, validation, and reporting
• Align data science initiatives with goals; collaborate with PM and Eng for feedback
• Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate product changes and measure impact
• Create analytical tools like real-time alerts and onboarding models for onboarding success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (stats, data science, math)
• 5+ years in data science, analytics, or related field
• 5+ years supporting onboarding, consumer products, or digital media
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, or similar languages
• Experience with Tableau or Looker
• Experience with A/B testing, statistical modeling, or forecasting
