📋 Description

• Build models linking content metadata, artwork, and quality to engagement
• Evaluate content quality risk before titles go live
• Design statistical frameworks to detect anomalies and drift
• Benchmark content quality's impact on platform performance
• Develop data pipelines powering quality monitoring and reporting
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to embed data quality signals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a quantitative field with a bachelor’s/master’s in stats, analytics or CS
• 5+ years in consumer products, digital media, or entertainment
• Strong SQL and Python or R experience
• Experience building predictive models or anomaly detection pipelines
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
