📋 Description

• Build models connecting content metadata to engagement and conversion
• Evaluate content quality risk before titles go live
• Design frameworks to detect anomalies and drift
• Benchmark partner content quality by impact on platform performance
• Build analytics and dashboards showing metadata quality to partners
• Translate analyses into narratives and leadership recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a quantitative field (Stats, Analytics, CS)
• 5+ years in consumer products, digital media, entertainment
• Strong SQL and Python or R experience
• Experience building predictive models or anomaly detection pipelines
• Hands-on data visualization with Tableau or Looker
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
