Senior Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Build reporting data pipelines and dashboards for timely insights.
• Design and execute A/B tests and apply causal inference methods.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve Ad Quality and Ads products.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to inform decisions.
• Develop analytics tools, models, alerts, and testing frameworks.
• Deliver presentations that communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and 5+ years analytics experience, or a Master/PhD with 3+ years.
• Strong SQL skills and Looker experience.
• Experience with R or Python for analysis and modeling.
• Deep knowledge of experimental design and causal inference; including expertise in A/B testing.
• Forecasting with SARIMA, Prophet, TFT, or similar.
• Experience in data management, analytics, and reporting.
