📋 Description

• Develop, deploy, and maintain ML models for business problems
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Design predictive analytics for segmentation, churn, cross-sell, risk
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Build and optimize data pipelines and feature engineering
• Monitor model performance with retraining and validation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Data Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or related field
• 6-10 years of experience in DS, ML, Advanced Analytics, or AI
• Strong experience in Wealth Management and Retail Banking domains
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end analytical solutions in production
• Programming: Python, SQL, PySpark; ML: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
