📋 Description

• Develop action-oriented insights to drive product strategy through observational causal analysis
• Clearly communicate results to stakeholders up to the C-suite
• Uplevel experimentation practices through guiding design, execution, and deep dive analyses to
• Create new ETLs, tables, dashboards, and other self-serve tools
• Design, evaluate, and/or measure team level KPIs
• Regularly engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and share progress

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Operations
• A/B Testing & Experimentation Design
• Causal Inference & Incrementality Measurement
• Statistical Modeling & Data Analysis
• ETL Development and maintenance
• KPI Design and Goal Setting
