📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end development of predictive ML models.
• Apply strong statistical foundations to model design, feature selection, and uncertainty quantification.
• Write production-grade Python code, clean, tested, and scalable.
• Partner with product, data, and software teams to turn questions into data-driven solutions.
• Research and implement cutting-edge ML techniques across supervised/unsupervised learning and RL for healthcare.
• Contribute to MLOps: model serving, versioning, pipelines, and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ML model development, deployment, and production maintenance.
• Bachelor's in statistics, CS, applied math, engineering, or related field.
• Deep expertise in statistics, probability, causal inference, and experimental design for healthcare.
• Strong Python software engineering: production-grade practices, version control, testing.
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants as part of development workflow.
• Expertise with PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM.
