Senior Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Own org-wide dashboards delivering transparent, reliable business insight.
• Define and instrument metrics with cross-functional teams.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments; establish causation.
• Build predictive and behavioral models for donor and org outcomes.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for executives.
• Collaborate with Data Science to raise experimentation standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in data science, BI, statistics, or analytics.
• Master's or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, OR related field.
• Strong dashboards for exec visibility and decision-making.
• Expert in experimental design and causal inference (A/B, DiD, power).
• Predictive/behavioral modeling: regression, classification, segmentation.
• SQL expert; Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PySpark) and/or R.
• Hands-on with Databricks; fluent with modern data stacks.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations.
