📋 Description

• Build and improve AI services using LLMs and ML models for production.
• Design, develop, and operate ML/LLM systems end-to-end from prototype to deployment.
• Write high-quality Python code that is testable and efficient.
• Improve validation, observability, and performance monitoring for ML services.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ship AI-powered features.
• Evaluate and improve existing implementations by identifying bottlenecks and bugs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ML Engineering or Data Science.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with NLP and/or LLM-based systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals (testing, code quality, debugging, version control).
• Collaborative, fast-moving work style with ownership.
