📋 Description

• Work across Credit Risk, Growth, and AI initiatives based on priorities
• Own end-to-end data projects: data, modeling, deployment, monitoring
• Build familiarity across multiple domains to accelerate scaling
• Drive research and exploration of new models and data sources
• Collaborate with Lead and Staff Data Scientists on roadmap
• Identify opportunities for improvement across domains

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years across multiple DS domains (Risk, Growth, Personalization)
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; standard ML frameworks
• Strong ML fundamentals; pick right tool for problem
• Hands-on with LLMs/GenAI in workflows
• Production experience deploying models
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing
