Senior Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Build and deploy ML/LLM-powered services for AI features on Workato.
• Design, develop, and operate ML/LLM systems end-to-end.
• Write high-quality Python code that is testable and maintainable.
• Improve validation, observability, and performance monitoring for ML services.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ship AI capabilities.
• Evaluate and improve ML implementations; identify bottlenecks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or similar role.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with NLP and/or LLM-based systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals (testing, code quality, debugging, version control).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment and drive ownership.
