Senior Data Scientist, AI & App Experience

📋 Description

• Define and own the measurement framework for AI and App Experience metrics
• Set the strategy for engagement, adoption, and feature quality
• Be the arbiter of truth with data; raise the bar for analyses
• Partner with leaders across Product, Design, Engineering, Operations & Marketing
• Lead first-of-its-kind analyses and mentor other data scientists

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in data-focused roles leading analyses
• Proficiency in product and experience metrics (engagement, retention)
• Stakeholder management at Director/VP+ level
• Expertise in SQL
• Analytics engineering with dbt data models
• Experience designing and interpreting experiments (A/B tests)
