📋 Description

• Grow data-informed marketing and growth strategies for Grab in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Growth to expand user base and engagement.
• Leverage AI-first approaches with CRM analytics, ML, and experimentation.
• Develop AI-powered frameworks and self-serve tools using LLMs and Generative AI.
• Report to the Manager in Singapore Office and translate analyses into actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in data science focused on growth analytics, CRM, lifecycle analysis.
• AI-first mindset; experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL; strong stats and ML skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments.
