🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 4 years of analytical experience and an understanding of business
• Ability to narrow down options, own open-ended problems, and propose novel solutions
• Guide decisions across teams and senior partners
• Expert in data storytelling and creating dashboards
• Fluent in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages; comfortable with large datasets and ETL
• AI-first mindset: curiosity to experiment with new tools and AI-powered workflows
