4+ years in analytics/BI/data science in tech or financial institution
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or related
Proficient in SQL
Data analysis with Python or R
Data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI, D3.js)
Experience with A/B tests and hypothesis testing
