📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ML/AI projects from framing to deployment.
• Build GenAI/LLM solutions and integrate with ML systems.
• Link models to business outcomes in marketing, pricing, or recommendations.
• Prototype, run experiments, define success metrics early.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Finance, Engineering.
• Establish standards, docs, and scalable best practices.

• Proven ML experience building, deploying, and maintaining models in production.
• Full-Lifecycle Ownership (MLOps): End-to-end lifecycle from training to monitoring.
• GenAI & LLM Expertise: Hands-on experience delivering measurable value.
• Commercial Mindset: Align models with revenue, efficiency and outcomes.
• Sound Judgement: Know when classical ML vs GenAI is best.
• Technical Depth: Cloud ML experience (Vertex AI/SageMaker) and containerisation.
