📋 Description

• Synthesize multimodal insights to uncover disease mechanisms and generate therapeutic hypotheses
• Identify therapeutic targets from perturbation screens using diverse data from disease-relevant in

• Partner with experimental biologists on experimental design, troubleshooting, and optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in computational biology, systems biology, bioengineering, computer science, machine
• Hands-on experience with diverse data modalities including at least one of single-cell RNA-seq
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis
• Biological grounding in molecular biology or disease biology (e.g., neurological, cardiovascular
• Strong programming ability with Python scientific packages such as NumPy and pandas
