Senior Data Scientist - Consumer Frontend

📋 Description

• Define metrics for navigation systems and core UX.
• Analyze user journeys to improve content discovery and navigation.
• Establish frameworks for trade-offs across journeys and surfaces.
• Leverage experimentation, causal inference, and modeling for cross-surface initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to shape strategy.
• Build scalable measurement frameworks to monitor UX health.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering, CS, or Economics.
• 5+ years in Data Science or related field; consumer apps preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in SQL and Python/R.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, causal inference, experimentation, and measurement.
• Independently drive high-impact, ambiguous problems using first-principles thinking.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and leadership.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling to distill insights for technical and exec audiences.
