Senior Data Scientist, Creator Platform

📋 Description

• Primary DS partner for Creator Platform areas (reputation, gating, anti-abuse, rewards).
• Own end-to-end framing, modeling, and executive recommendations.
• Collaborate across trust & safety, measurement, data infra, and AI analytics.
• Develop data products and scalable analytics for decision making.
• Present insights to senior leaders and influence product roadmap.
• High ownership in zero-to-one initiatives with autonomy.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior DS with cross-functional ownership of data problems.
• Strong ML, experimentation design, and causal inference skills.
• SQL and Python proficiency; experience with data pipelines and prod systems.
• Experience building data foundations, semantic layers, data contracts, AI analytics.
• Excellent communicator; translate findings for senior stakeholders.
• BS/MS/PhD in CS, Statistics, Applied Math, or related quantitative field.
