📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Eng, Design, and Ops to shape product strategy.
• Develop metrics, data models, and analytics frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and growth.
• Translate complex business questions into clear recommendations.
• Proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities for impact.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to improve data foundations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science, product analytics, experimentation, or related field
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Influence product decisions through data and clear communication
• Strong product thinking and connect customer behaviour to outcomes
• Comfort working cross-functionally and building relationships
• Familiarity with experimentation and causal inference methods
• Exposure to DBT or modern data modelling tooling
• Knowledge of fintech, investing, or crypto products
• Experience using AI tools to improve analysis and decision-making
