Senior Data Scientist - Customer Experience

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Customer Success to deliver data-driven insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to diagnose metric shifts.
• Build end-to-end analytical solutions and measure impact.
• Develop predictive models (churn/upsell) for CS workflows.
• Create self-serve data pipelines and dashboards with Eng/BI.
• Optimize KPIs for customer success and revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in data science or related field.
• 3-5 years of data science experience with deep-dive analyses.
• Proficient in SQL and data pipelines (dbt, Airflow).
• Python for analysis, automation, and modeling.
• Experience with causal inference, A/B testing, and ML.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.
