Senior Data Scientist & Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and own data pipelines, warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data quality.
• Analyze product usage and user behavior; surface what matters.
• Build ML models that ship: LLMs, NLP, and traditional ML.
• Define and track key metrics; link data to product decisions.
• Run experiments and measure impact (A/B, cohorts, causal).
• Turn data into product decisions and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years across data science, data engineering, and analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python; complex queries, data modeling.
• Databricks or Snowflake/BigQuery experience.
• LLM experience: fine-tuning, prompts, embeddings, RAG, eval.
• Traditional ML depth: classification, regression, clustering, NLP.
• Product mindset: connect analysis to product decisions.
• Pipeline engineering: reliable, scalable data pipelines.
• Clear communicator to non-technical stakeholders.
