📋 Description

• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to measure revenue, conversion, and profit
• Apply statistical methods and machine learning to solve business problems
• Understand and improve search, ranking, and personalization algorithms
• Analyze large-scale behavioral data to generate insights for customers and internal teams
• Build analyses, models, and tools to help teams make better decisions
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience solving business problems using data science and statistics
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience with large datasets
• Strong Python skills for analysis and modeling (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, experiment design, and statistical inference
• Understanding of ML systems: training, evaluation, and tuning
• Experience connecting model performance to product funnels and business metrics
